Relationships

Why do people treat relationships different than any other aspect in their life. If someone has a shitty job and a better one comes along you usually don't hear them say "No, I like complaining about my shitty job everyday so i'm going to keep it and stay miserable". No, usually people take the better job. A better job with more money, more respect, an overall feeling of being valued. When better opportunities cross our paths in life we usually don't sit around and wait for our current shitty displacement in the world to royally fuck us over before moving on. We decide that we are unhappy with our current situation and move on. I've heard the phrase "I'd rather be in a bad relationship than be alone" a million times. Which I too feel the same way, buttt when you have opportunity knocking..no no banging at your door it might be a door you want to open. Even if its just a peek to see whos behind it. Now don't get me wrong I am in no way advocating cheating on your significant other, buttt when your complains greatly out way anything nice or positive you say about them then thats when I think you really need to take a good hard look at where you stand and decide that your just going to deal with it and stop complaining about it, or your going to do something about it. Now of course there is always exceptions to the rule, but if there is no children involved and your not married then get out before its too late. If you truly do love them and it was meant to be then things will work themselves out. I would rather explore my options and return to comfortable surroundings than never know if anything else is better.

Love is the look that my girls give me that lets me know that I am their world. I love them more than anything else there is. Being a mom to two little girls isn't always easy and it's something that I sometimes stuggle with, but it's worth it. There is no love like the love of a child and it is something that you can't understand until you have your own. That what I love more than anything else.
